The Florence Housing Authority operates under the governance of a five-member Board of Commissioners. They are responsible for appointing the Executive Director, who serves as the Secretary of the Board and manages the daily administration of the agency’s programs. The Chairman of the Board has demonstrated remarkable dedication to the community, having served for over 45 years. Collectively, the Board possesses extensive expertise in real estate development, construction, management, and banking, which has empowered the Authority to maintain a proactive approach and effectively address the needs of our residents.
