Established in 1935, for nearly 90 years, the Florence Housing Authority has worked to achieve its mission of empowering families to improve our community. FHA mission is to provide affordable housing in viable neighborhoods, to include opportunities for self-sufficiency that enhances the quality of life for the residents of Florence, Alabama. 

Our team is committed to serving our community with professional knowledge and the highest degree of respect and courtesy. I am honored to be the Florence Housing Authority’s fifth Executive Director holding a leadership role for such an important mission. Our success is attributed to the leadership of our Board of Commissioners, our dedicated staff, and the partnerships we enjoy throughout the community.
