We were honored to receive two statewide awards this year:
Website of the Year – for our new site that makes it easier for residents, applicants, and the community to stay connected.
Best Newsletter – for our employee newsletter, which celebrates staff, spreads positivity, and strengthens our workplace culture.
A special thank you goes to Kristie Moss, who creates our employee newsletter and played a key role in the recent website redesign. Her imagination and dedication brought our employee newsletter and website redesign to life.
In addition, we are thrilled to announce that our Executive Director, Maggie Perez, has been appointed to the Alabama Association of Housing and Redevelopment Authorities (AAHRA) Board of Directors. This appointment reflects the leadership and commitment of FHA to not only serve our residents locally, but also to play a key role in shaping affordable housing efforts across Alabama.
These accomplishments highlight the hard work of our team and our ongoing mission to build strong communities while supporting both our residents and staff.
